Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the madrid888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any funds therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. madrid888 will use this information for account management, KYC verification, and responsible gambling compliance purposes.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and responsible gambling obligations, madrid888 requires all Members to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

5.3 Platform Availability

However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. madrid888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, except where such downtime is caused by our gross negligence.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the madrid888 Platform:

• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other FPX-participating banks. Processing time: 5–15 minutes.
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Processing time: Instant.

6.2 Deposit Terms

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks.
• Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• madrid888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud prevention or AML obligations require it.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied before processing.

madrid888 offers various bonus promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are communicated at the point of offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 8x to 35x depending on the specific bonus offer, as communicated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit of RM30 unless otherwise stated.

8.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type as displayed on the Platform at the time of placement.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play betting) are subject to the Platform's in-play acceptance rules. madrid888 reserves the right to void bets placed after a material event outcome has been determined.
• Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to the minimum and maximum stake limits displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, madrid888 will apply industry-standard settlement rules. Where the applicable rule results in a void bet, the stake will be returned to the Member's account.

8.2 Casino Games

• All casino games on the Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers. Game rules are displayed within each game interface and govern gameplay.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets and payouts are void. madrid888 will not be liable for losses arising from game malfunctions that are attributable to the game provider's software.
• Live dealer table results are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game system. No disputes regarding final outcomes once the round is settled will be entertained.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the madrid888 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform, or assisting another person in creating duplicate accounts.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform.
• Cheating, colluding with other players, or using prohibited software tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing minors (individuals under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in bad faith.
• Engaging in any form of systematic or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Hacking, attempting to gain unauthorised access to Platform systems, or introducing malicious software.

All content on the madrid888 Platform — including but not limited to the madrid888 brand name, logo, design elements, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of madrid888 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not authorise you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written authorisation from madrid888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, madrid888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or communication failures not attributable to madrid888's gross negligence.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate or outdated information displayed on the Platform.
• Any action taken by madrid888 in good faith reliance on information you provided during registration or KYC.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12.1 Termination by Madrid888

madrid888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised against madrid888.
• Actions that compromise the integrity or reputation of the Platform.

12.2 Termination by Member

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting madrid888 customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining balance (subject to pending wagering requirements and KYC clearance) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

madrid888 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools that Members are encouraged to use proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Limits & Time-Outs: Members may set session time limits or activate a temporary time-out period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a self-exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.
• Age Verification: madrid888 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. We will suspend Accounts where there is a reasonable belief that the Account holder is under 21 years of age, pending identity verification.

Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

Your continued use of the madrid888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
